About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Eastlync Technology Indonesia as a Warehouse B2B Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse located in Kosambi Banten. You will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the warehouse to support the company's B2B distribution activities.

What you'll be doing

Supervising the warehouse team to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with customer requirements

Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

Coordinating with the transportation team to ensure timely and reliable deliveries

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Providing training and development support to the warehouse team

Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall business performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment
