Job summary

PT. Lintas Bahari Nusantara is seeking a Warehouse Staff to inspect and receive goods, coordinate shipments, and pack items for vessels. The role includes stock taking, maintaining warehouse records, and supporting vessel requests for stock items.

The ideal candidate has a minimum SMA/SMK education, at least 2 years of warehouse experience, and strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Staff or in a similar position.
• Good understanding of receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
• Familiar with warehouse administration and inventory recording.
• Able to conduct regular stock opname / stock counting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and receive goods from vendors into the warehouse.
• Coordinate shipment arrangements upon the arrival of goods.
• Pack goods scheduled for immediate shipment to vessels.
• Conduct stock takes and submit stock take reports.
• Process requests from vessels for items held in warehouse stock.
