As an Associate II, Logistics & Freight Management, you will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, executing, and maintaining outbound & inbound delivery (EXIM) and receiving operations.

In this role, a typical day will include:

1. Supervise, monitor, report, and execute Warehouse daily operational activities in section logistics (inbound & outbound delivery).
2. Supervise, monitor, report, and execute Warehouse daily operational activities in section Receiving warehouse and reporting.
3. Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors/consignees for shipment arrangements.
4. Liaise with authorities for import-export permits or import matters.
5. Supervise, monitor, and maintain associates following SOP’s operational, Quality & Safety (HSE), AFCM & ISRM guidelines.
6. Support associates to work effectively, productively, and accurately, upgrading their functional and technical skill sets.
7. Support other Warehouse operations (material storage, material issuance, goods disposal, FG shipment preparation).
8. Execute and ensure action plans to achieve agreed-upon departmental key performance indicator targets.
9. Instill a positive work ethic by assigning the highest priority to customer satisfaction, action orientation, quality focus, mutual respect, trust, and integrity.
10. Practice and uphold Information Security policy and Code of Conducts.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

1. Degree in Science or Engineering.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
3. Strong command of English (speaking and writing).
4. In-depth knowledge of warehouse import/export regulations.
5. Well-organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Familiar with SAP.
