Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a warehouse helper to assist in day-to-day operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch at its facilities in Indonesia.

You will support inventory control, supervise basic workflow, and help prepare records while coordinating inbound and outbound activities with logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy and safe handling. This entry-level role offers exposure to warehouse systems (WMS) and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Support inventory control and stock accuracy checks.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound activities with logistics and transport teams.
• Prepare basic warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Support supervision of warehouse staff and adherence to work instructions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and effective use of warehouse systems (WMS)
