Job summary

MIPCON Group is seeking a Warehouse Admin for an on-site placement in Legok, Banten, Indonesia. The role focuses on inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will conduct stock-taking, manage goods receiving and dispatch, maintain data in ERP/WMS, and generate reports using Microsoft Office. Diploma holders with 2+ years of experience are preferred, especially in Legok area.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Admin/Management/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as Warehouse Administrator or Inventory Control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS software.
• Highly accurate, disciplined, organized, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic stock-taking and stock opname with high accuracy.
• Oversee receiving, storage, dispatch, and ongoing inventory tracking.
• Input, monitor, and update inventory data in databases to ensure integrity.
• Generate detailed reports using MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.
