Job summary

PT Mipcon Prima Industri, part of MIPCON Group, seeks a Warehouse Admin for Legok, Banten. You will manage inventory, stock opname, and on-site logistics to support smooth operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Admin/Management/Industrial Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP/WMS software. You will work independently or with a team to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Warehouse Administrator or Inventory Control role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/WMS software.
• High accuracy, disciplined, responsible, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Legok residents or nearby preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock-taking and stock opname procedures.
• Oversee warehouse processes: goods receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory tracking.
• Input and update inventory databases to ensure data integrity.
• Generate detailed reports using MS Office and ERP/WMS systems.
