Rentokil Initial mencari staff gudang untuk membantu proses input transaksi masuk/keluar barang serta menjaga akurasi laporan dan arsip administrasi.

Posisi ini menuntut disiplin, kemampuan administrasi, dan kenyamanan bekerja dengan komputer serta MS Office. Anda akan memastikan data di sistem cocok dengan fisik barang di gudang cabang dan bekerja sama dalam tim untuk memenuhi tenggat waktu tutup buku.

Qualifications

• Lulusan SMA, diutamakan Diploma/Sarjana di bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman kerja di bidang warehouse lebih disukai.
• Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan arsip yang baik.
• Mahir mengoperasikan komputer dan MS Office (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
• Memahami dasar sistem pengendalian internal dan SOP terkait.
• Semangat kerja sama tim dan mampu memenuhi tenggat tutup buku.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan input transaksi masuk dan keluarnya barang sesuai SOP warehouse.
• Memastikan laporan terkait warehouse diselesaikan tepat waktu dan akurat.
• Memastikan arsip administrasi warehouse lengkap dan rapi.
• Bertanggung jawab atas kesesuaian data input di sistem dengan fisik barang di cabang.

Job Description

• Melakukan input transaksi masuk dan keluarnya barang sesuai SOP administrasi warehouse.
• Memastikan laporan-laporan terkait warehouse diselesaikan tepat waktu dan akurat.
• Memastikan arsip administrasi warehouse lengkap dan rapi.
• Bertanggungjawab atas akurasi data yang telah diinput di sistem sama dengan fisik barang yang ada di Warehouse Cabang

Requirements

• Lulusan SMA dan disukai fresh graduated Diploma/Sarjana
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang warehouse lebih disukai
• Terbiasa dengan pekerjaan menggunakan komputer dan microsoft office (vloockup dan pivot table)
• Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan arsip dengan baik (analisa thinking)
• Memahami dasar-dasar sistem pengendalian internal (‘internal control system') agar dapat memahami SOP dengan baik.
• Memiliki semangat kerjasama tim.
• Dapat mempertahankan kualitas kerja saat harus memenuhi tenggat waktu tutup buku.
