Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a warehouse operative to support day-to-day operations at our Indonesia facility. You will assist in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensure stock accuracy, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Support inventory control and stock accuracy checks.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound activities with logistics and transport teams.
• Monitor daily workflow, attendance, and basic productivity measures.
• Prepare basic warehouse records, reports, and documentation.
• Support supervision of warehouse staff and adherence to work instructions.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and effective use of warehouse systems (WMS)
