Job description

Company Description: Provider of Hotel and Marine Personnel to International Cruise Lines, Commercial Shipping and Hotels Worldwide.

Job Description:
  1. Ensure costume quality control and conduct line spot checks.
  2. Prepare costume sets from slots.
  3. Sort costumes returned from laundry and vice versa.
  4. Ensure prompt opening of windows based on designated hours for issuance and return of costumes; ensure window is covered at all times to avoid lines; responsible for daily issue of costumes through issue window.
  5. Ensure costumes are scanned to the crew members.
  6. Maintain inventory of over 75,000 costumes and related items to designated par levels; advise the manager of shortages.
  7. Check costumes returning from laundry for cleanliness; report needed repairs; ensure proper storage.
  8. Report any costume problems to the Wardrobe Manager.
  9. Respond to all guest (internal) requests as required.
  10. Ensure cleanliness and report maintenance issues in the work area.
