Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Lead by example to bring Belmond’s service philosophy to life
• Act with heart in providing prompt, courteous, and professional service that exceeds expectations
• Complying with all health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
• Make the Moment by anticipating guest needs and capturing feedback
• Conduct regular LQA self-assessments to support excellence in service and operations

What You Bring:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role providing exceptional customer service, handling food and beverages, and working a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests
• Strong communications skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately and communication with the kitchen and other staff members
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team spirit
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Indonesian citizen only
