About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at PT. AUTOGRILL SERVICES INDONESIA in Badung, Bali. As a full-time Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Handling cash and processing payments
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Assisting with table clearing and resetting as needed
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
