About the role

Join the dynamic team at Libra Food Service as a Waiter/Waitress in our West Jakarta, Jakarta location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

Maintain a clean and organised dining area

Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns

Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the smooth running of service

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
