Job description

As a leading provider of digital identity solutions, VIDA Digital Identity is dedicated to revolutionizing the way businesses manage identity verification and authentication processes. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP of Sales to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the ideal candidate would have experience in FSI, Telco, Healthcare, and experience selling solutions in CIAM, security, and payment banking solutions. The Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will lead a team of high-performing sales professionals and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Beat sales targets, sales quotas, and sales KPIs (number of accounts, revenue targets, market share).
  2. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), provide insights, develop tactics, create plans, and conduct account planning.
  3. Provide competitive insights, develop competitive tactics, and execute account takeovers.
  4. Serve as the front-line negotiator, engage with C-level executives, and achieve revenue targets.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders.
  6. Coach, mentor, and onboard sales team members to drive performance and professional growth.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. Directly manages the team of Enterprise Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Proven established relationships with CXOs of Enterprises, with priority in Financial Services Institutions (FSI), Telco, and Healthcare sectors.
  2. Active involvement in client associations and/or communities in targeted industries (FSI, Telco, Healthcare).
  3. Experience selling security, identity access management, or payment banking solutions.
  4. Hands-on experience in closing deals with enterprise-size clients (annual revenue of 1 million USD).
  5. Experience managing small tactical teams, with a preference for hands-on sales leadership over managing large sales organizations.

Key Relationships:

Internal: Marketing, Operations, Product teams.

External: Customers, Associations, Community leaders, Partner leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, enterprise procurement environment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
