Job Description

  • Leading the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across the digital channels.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to define the campaign goals and KPIs that align with business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing long-term growth strategies and goals for the company.
  • Overseeing customer acquisition strategies to drive top-line growth through paid, organic and partnership channels.
  • Monitoring and developing KPI and objectives with the rest of the team.
  • Recruiting, developing and leading a talented team.

Requirement

  • At least 8 years of working management in technology companies, technology startups,
  • Prior experience: growth, product marketing, or performance or digital marketing / campaign.
  • Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.
  • Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
