  • Lead strategic planning initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
  • Support key strategic priorities and projects in partnership with the CEO and CFO, collaborating with various stakeholders as needed.
Corporate Finance & M&A
  • Lead M&A initiatives, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
  • Identify and execute strategic initiatives to optimize Amartha’s capital structure, financing, and M&A opportunities.
  • Optimize capital allocation and investment strategies to ensure long-term financial stability and growth.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
  • Oversee fundraising efforts, managing relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions to secure capital.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strengthen investor relations, preparing financial reports and strategic communications for shareholders and board members.
Financial & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and financial regulations in investment and financial management.
  • Monitor financial risks, industry trends, and market developments to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
Requirements

  • Proven track record in M&A, fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills.
  • Experience working with C-level executives, investors, and financial stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, financial regulations, and risk management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in high-growth environments or fintech is a plus.
