Job description

DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the group for design review and budgeting.
• Perform IM-plan review for CR raised by the team.
• Review and approve Ichamp.
• Conduct Annual Review of FWRULES.
• Support RPCCB activities.
• Review and submit requests in Coupa.
• Review and acknowledge GTM/DNS requests.
• Review and acknowledge LTM/SLB requests.
• Review and acknowledge Whitelisting requests.
• Collaborate with applications and business teams on projects/enhancements.
• Work with vendors and related parties on new or renewal contracts.
• Provide high-level and low-level design for DBS Network.
• Plan and strategize in collaboration with BAU and project teams, including team management.
• Engage with vendors for network and voice-related matters.
• Update inventory periodically (rack layout, hardware, software).
• Manage patch updates and NVA (if applicable).
• Follow-up and resolve pending network tickets.
• Communicate and liaise with regional counterparts on network and voice issues.
• Work as part of a team and independently, making decisions when needed.
• Support and back up senior management tasks.
• Maintain SOPs, SOWs, and manage audits (internal, external, regulatory).
• Monitor activities such as security health checks, preventive maintenance, capacity planning.
• Prepare and maintain network and voice budgets and forecasts.
• Manage internal, external, and regulatory audits.

Required Experience

• University degree in computer science, information science, or management information systems.
• Experience in IT infrastructure projects such as Windows/Linux, Firewall migration, F5 P2V, AIX, network setup/migration, server, storage, S3, cloud technologies (GCP, MicroServices, Oracle Private Cloud), Carrier WAN, network design, solution architecture, OpenShift, and other advanced technologies.
• Motivated individual and team player.
• Practical knowledge in data import for reporting software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flowcharts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
