Job summary

You will architect high-performance Agentic AI workflows, advanced LLM orchestration, and RAG-based systems across global messaging, audio intelligence, and enterprise document analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software Engineering with leadership in AI/ML for B2B SaaS.
• Expert in LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Proven experience in NLU and information extraction for complex docs.
• Hands-on in MLOps and GDPR/PDP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define AI engineering strategy across multi-product B2B platform.
• Oversee development of agentic workflows and document-heavy processes.
• Architect LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and private data grounding.
• Lead audio transcription, ASR roadmap and scalable architecture.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and cost-efficient inference.
