LILT (Production) is seeking professional voice talents for an exciting language and technology project. We value native Indonesian speakers with a home recording setup, experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming, and the ability to deliver high-quality audio on tight deadlines.

Independent contractors can set their own schedule, work from anywhere, and earn competitive rates. You may be asked to provide demos and samples, and licensing for AI voice cloning may apply

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup: recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, DAW, plugins, treated space.
• Able to follow technical requirements when recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality).
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• May undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against requirements.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Voice characteristics:

Female, \"mature\" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

1. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

1. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

1. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

1. Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

1. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale

• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming

• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged

• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training

• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
