Job Description

Voice/Collab Engineer - The Voice/Collab Engineer is an experienced role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to plan and execute voice, video, and audio infrastructure technology. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and development of Voice/Collab infrastructure (including Voice, Video Conference, and Audio), managing IT budgets and forecasting, analyzing voice, video, and audio performance to meet business needs, ensuring monitoring and stability of voice and video systems, daily operations of voice/collab/audio technologies, project management with vendors, and ensuring smooth project execution. The engineer must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities to collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds, providing solutions and support. This role reports directly to the IT Infrastructure Lead and engages with multiple stakeholders within Traveloka for business projects.

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field
2. CCNP Voice / CCIE Voice certification is an advantage
3. Experience with cross-platform video and voice interoperability with Zoom, WebEx, Jabber, Skype, Cloud Connectivity, Polycom, and Cisco TelePresence
4. Experience deploying and operating audio mixers for meetings and conferences
5. Experience managing video conferencing components, platforms, and interfaces through telemetry; developing tools is a plus
6. Experience with Cisco voice infrastructure (Cisco UC/CUCM, voice gateways, IP phones, etc.)
7. Experience with call center technology
8. Experience with PBX technology
9. Project and resource management skills (time management, resource allocation, communication, risk management)
10. Documentation management skills (writing and classification)
11. Deep knowledge of voice/video data communication technologies: SIP, H.323, MGCP, etc.
12. Knowledge of SOPs for handling problems and maintaining daily operations
13. Vendor management experience (vendor selection, contract negotiation, cost control, risk reduction, service delivery)
