Job Description

Voice/Collab Engineer - Voice/Collab Engineer is an experienced role who has strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in order to plan and execute voice, video and audio infrastructure technology. Their responsibilities include conducting assessment, planning, implementation and development of Voice/Collab infrastructure (including Voice, Video Conference and Audio), IT budget and forecasting, analyzing voice, video and audio performance and capacity to meet business needs, ensuring voice and video monitoring and stability performance, managing day-to-day operations of Voice/Collab/Audio technology, coordinating projects or problems with vendors or principles, and ensuring all projects run smoothly. Voice/Collab Engineer must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities to help stakeholders from multiple backgrounds provide solutions, project collaboration, and problem-solving. This role will sit under the IT Infrastructure Team and directly report to the IT Infra Lead. She/he will engage with various stakeholders in Traveloka for business projects.

Requirements

1. Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the same field.
2. CCNP Voice / CCIE Voice certificate would be an advantage.
3. Experience with cross-platform video and voice interoperability with Zoom, WebEx, Jabber, Skype, Cloud Connectivity, Polycom, and Cisco TelePresence.
4. Experience with deploying and operating audio mixers for meetings and conferences.
5. Experience managing video conferencing components, platforms, and interfaces through telemetry; developing tools is a plus.
6. Experience with Cisco voice infrastructure (Cisco UC/CUCM, voice gateway, IP phone, etc.).
7. Experience with call center technology.
8. Experience with PBX technology.
9. Project & Resource Management (time management, resource allocation, communication management, and risk management).
10. Documentation Management (writing and document classification).
11. Deep knowledge of voice/video data communication technologies: SIP, H323, MGCP, etc.
12. Knowledge of SOP (standard operating procedure) in terms of handling problems and maintaining daily operations.
13. Vendor Management (selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks, and ensuring service delivery).

3. Leadership (experience in conducting knowledge sharing/training sessions, project management experience).
4. Good level of written and oral communication in English.
