Voice/Collab Engineer - Voice/Collab Engineer is an experienced role who has strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in order to plan and execute voice, video, and audio infrastructure technology. Their responsibilities include conducting assessments, planning, implementation, and development of Voice/Collab infrastructure (including Voice, Video Conference, and Audio), managing IT budgets and forecasting, analyzing voice, video, and audio performance to meet business needs, ensuring voice and video monitoring and stability performance, managing day-to-day operations of voice/collab/audio technology, coordinating projects or issues with vendors or principals, and ensuring all projects run smoothly. The Voice/Collab Engineer must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities to assist stakeholders from various backgrounds, provide solutions, facilitate project collaboration, and resolve issues. This role reports directly to the IT Infra Lead and engages with various stakeholders in Traveloka for business projects.
