Job summary

A leading visual merchandising company in Tangerang is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser. You will create store layouts, monitor market trends, and coordinate promotional campaigns. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, including 1 year in a leadership role. Job description

Create store layouts and visual setups in line with brand guidelines.

Monitor market trends and propose creative visual ideas & Ensure all visual merchandising complies with company standards.

Design and arrange product displays to attract customer attention.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns.

Set up displays for product launches or special events, such as In charge of planning opening a new store and working closely with the Marketing team in terms of offline events or campaign.

Manage the visual appearance and merchandising of the store to always be attractive and in accordance with the brand image.

Evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays in driving sales.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Interior Design/Fashion Marketing/Visual Communication/Art or other related major.

Minimum 3 years experience in visual merchandising, with 1 year as a leader or supervisor

Have good creativity and visual aesthetics

Accustomed to mobile work (Store visits) and flexible with working hours

Proficient in using Microsoft Office, mastering design software (Photoshop/Illustrator) is an added value

Have basic knowledge of product layout design and be able to create attractive display concepts

Have good analytical skills and solve problems in the field
