Job summary

Erajaya Active Lifestyle is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft appealing store visuals and drive the customer journey. You will design window and interior displays, plan layouts, and coordinate seasonal promotions to reflect the brand image.

Collaboration with merchandisers and suppliers ensures engaging, on-brand presentations throughout the store. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in visual merchandising, a Bachelor degree, proficiency in SketchUp, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Proficient in SketchUp and basic graphic design tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; based in Makassar.

Responsibilities

• Create appealing visual displays guiding customers through the store.
• Produce window, interior, floor plan, and promotions displays.
• Identify key messages and align visuals with brand and market.
• Develop and present design ideas with assistants.
• Oversee production and brief staff on display arrangements.
• Refresh displays for new launches and seasonal themes.
• Liaise with suppliers and source display elements.

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result that aligns with the organization’s culture, products, image, and target market
• Develop, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers
• Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
• Liaise with suppliers and source elements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• Basic SketchUp is a must
• Basic English and good teamwork
• Have the skill to create reports and presentations
• Have the skill to use graphic design tools
• Willing to be based in Makassar
