Job summary

Josephine Anni is seeking a Visual Content Designer to develop creative concepts and produce engaging visual content for social media campaigns, catalogs, and promotions. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong design and motion skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Visual Content Designer, Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or similar role.
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Proficient with design and editing tools listed above.
• Solid understanding of visual composition, typography, color, layout, branding and storytelling.
• Good understanding of social media formats and current visual trends.
• Able to transform a single footage or campaign asset into multiple outputs.
• Strong creative thinking with ability to develop ideas, moodboards, and references.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media, campaigns, catalogs, monthly promotions, and brand materials.
• Create engaging visual content for social platforms including static graphics, motion graphics, and video content.
• Repurpose existing footage into various outputs and formats.
• Edit and adapt content to produce fresh assets for different social channels.
• Develop monthly promotional materials: posters, banners, social assets, motion graphics, and promo videos.
• Provide moodboards and visual direction before production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to develop concepts.
• Ensure visuals align with brand identity, campaign direction, and audience.
• Contribute ideas to packaging design and maintain alignment with brand.
• Adapt designs and videos to platform requirements and sizes.
• Research trends in social media, graphic design, motion graphics, video, fashion/lifestyle, and visual communication.
• Maintain and organize design assets, raw footage, templates, and files.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
