Job summary

fondi is a voice app where small English communities meet every day using 3D Metaverse. As a Community Host you manage your own community room and run it for the people you already know. Open the room, you talk, you keep them coming back.

You will host daily sessions (2–3 hours), run themed talks or games, invite familiar members, and coordinate with a coach each week to plan the week. Experience with groups helps; strong English comfort is enough.

• Run themed sessions when you have a topic, game, or guest.
• Invite people you know and encourage them to return next day.
• Meet your coach from the fondi team weekly for 15 minutes to plan the week.
