Job Summary

The Flex is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack).
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Working Hours

The standard working hours for this position are from 8 am to 5 pm UK time during the week. Six working days with one day off (Sunday); this will become five working days with two days off when you get promoted to senior distribution assistant.
