Tactical is seeking a Multimedia Designer who doesn’t do boring. We want someone who turns raw ideas into thumb-stopping visuals that get noticed across social feeds, not templates or corporate clutter.

You'll craft eye-popping concepts for Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, bring static graphics to life with motion, and collaborate with writers and social leads to push bold ideas, with tight turnarounds and multi-project juggling.

Qualifications

• 2 years of design experience in social content for the MENA region.
• Master-level Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills, plus basic motion design in After Effects.
• Open to feedback, time management, and keeping up with social trends.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign briefs into fresh, eye-popping visual concepts for social channels.
• Build properly sized content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Animate static graphics with basic motion design and snappy animations.
• Collaborate with writers and social leads, accepting feedback and contributing bold ideas.
• Juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast turnarounds.
