Job description

As Villa Manager at PT. Elevate Property Group, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our luxury villas in the stunning destination of Bali. This full-time position is essential to ensuring our guests have an exceptional and seamless experience during their stay. You will be the key point of contact for our villa owners and guests, managing all aspects of villa operations to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee all day-to-day villa operations, including staff management, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security
• Ensure the villas are kept in immaculate condition and well-stocked with all necessary supplies
• Manage and coordinate villa staff, including butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, and security personnel
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and arrivals/departures in a professional and responsive manner
• Liaise with villa owners to understand their preferences and implement appropriate policies and procedures
• Manage the villa's financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficient processes to enhance the guest experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar villa or hospitality management role
• Proven track record of successfully managing luxury villa or boutique hotel operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• Knowledge of the local Bali market and industry trends is highly desirable
