Job summary

BnBali Villa Management is seeking an Accountant to handle the full accounting cycle for villa operations in Yogyakarta. Responsibilities include administration of documents, recording monthly expenses, and preparing financial reports for each villa unit and the company.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, has at least 1 year of accounting experience, is proficient in Excel, and can communicate in basic English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting-related software.
• High integrity; ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Based in Yogyakarta; ability to communicate in basic English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company administrative documents in an organized and systematic manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding administrative and daily operational requirements.
• Record and summarize monthly operational expenses for each villa unit accurately.
• Perform financial reconciliations by matching income and expenses from bank accounts with invoices and revenue data from booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Prepare monthly financial reports for each villa unit as well as internal company financial reports.
• Prepare supporting documents for monthly and annual tax reporting.
