What you'll be doing

• Conducting detailed structural analyses and engineering calculations to ensure the safety and integrity of our construction projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine engineering designs, plans, and specifications.
• Overseeing the implementation of engineering solutions on active job sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Identifying and resolving technical challenges through creative problem-solving.
• Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and other technical documentation.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Continuously staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

What we're looking for

• SMA or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an engineer in the hospitality industry (hotel/villa).
• Proven track record of delivering successful engineering projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
