Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and efficient Videographer & Video Editor to join our Real Estate Division. This person will play a key role in capturing, editing, and producing compelling visual content that brings our listings and brand to life. The ideal candidate is both an artist and an executor — capable of planning shoots, operating drones, and producing branded videos with fast turnaround, all while maintaining a consistent and luxurious aesthetic.

Core Responsibilities

Film and edit property walkthroughs, drone footage, and lifestyle b-roll for luxury listings

Collaborate with agents and marketing team to plan each video shoot
Add branding, overlays, maps, transitions, and subtitles per video

Deliver final videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and full-length YouTube tours

Manage video file storage and backups

Ensure consistency with Pellago’s visual identity and tone

Optimize video formats for web and social media

Contribute to content ideas for viral and high-performing real estate formats

Non-Core Responsibilities

Capture behind-the-scenes and company culture footage

Edit testimonial or promotional team content

Assist with short-form Instagram content

Support basic animations or motion graphics (optional)

Day-to-Day Activities

Review shoot schedule with agent or marketing team

Travel to property locations across Bali

Set up drone and camera gear

Film walkthroughs, intros, and lifestyle b-roll

Edit and export final branded content within 72 hours

Share progress and revisions with team

Analyze content performance and refine approach

Hard Skills Required

Drone operation (DJI or similar)

Camera, lighting, sound, and color grading skills

Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok formats

Fast editing and version control under pressure

Soft Skills Required

Clear communication and team collaboration

Creative vision with attention to branding

Self-motivated, independent, and organized

Passion for real estate, design, or architecture is a plus

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in video production

Strong portfolio of real estate or lifestyle content

Drone flying experience (license preferred)
