Job description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer & Content Creator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the entire visual content production process (from planning and shooting to editing) across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end video production from pre-production (concept & script), production (shooting), to post-production (editing).

Create engaging and relevant daily/weekly video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts/Longs.

Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, including production timelines and publishing schedules.

Research digital trends, competitor content, and current visual styles to support ongoing content strategy development.

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts aligned with the brand identity.

Document activities, events, or clinical treatments for promotional purposes and brand exposure.

Prepare regular performance reports (engagement, reach, growth) and provide insights to optimize future content strategies.

Manage and maintain production equipment (camera, lighting, audio, etc.).

Organize and archive raw footage and visual assets in a structured and accessible manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, Multimedia, or other relevant creative fields.

At least 2–3 years of professional experience in videography and creative content production, especially for digital platforms.

Strong skills in shooting, lighting setup, and professional-grade video editing.

Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.

Portfolio showcasing creative videos, especially short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

Understanding of social media algorithms and trending content formats.

Highly creative, detail oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
