We’re looking for someone who can own the full content journey—from concept and shooting to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
You’ll capture beautiful, cinematic footage on-site here in Bali—but your real strength is in how you shape it. The storytelling. The rhythm. The emotion. The final cut.
We’re Akura Villas—a boutique property development brand creating architecturally led, design-first villas in Bali. As we scale, we need a content creator who brings a strong creative POV and has the technical skills to execute it across digital platforms with excellence.
You’ll be the engine behind all our brand video content—planning, filming, editing, and elevating every frame to reflect the aesthetic, precision, and emotion of the Akura brand.
This isn’t about volume. It’s about quality. About brand feel. And about making content that stops people in their scroll.
From investor reels and villa walkthroughs to campaign content, lifestyle films, and Reels—we need someone with the vision and versatility to bring our world to life through motion.
Plan and execute on-site video shoots (villas, lifestyle, team, BTS, social)
Own post-production from edit to final delivery, including sound, pacing, and transitions
Add motion graphics, text overlays, and branded transitions that elevate the story
Create a range of formats: cinematic brand films, Instagram Reels, YouTube, web assets
Work closely with the creative and marketing team to align tone, timing, and storytelling
Maintain a highly organized system for media, edits, and deliverables
Shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbal/stabilizer, drone, and ambient sound setups
Deliver final content in optimised formats for each platform (16:9, 9:16, 1:1)
3–5+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a strong post-production focus
A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates clean, modern, emotionally resonant edits (must include motion graphics work)
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, shot composition, and sound design
Comfort with on-site filming in natural light and architectural spaces
Confident shooting on DSLR/mirrorless, with working knowledge of gimbals and drones
Ability to balance precision with speed, working independently and collaboratively
You live for editing—but know the best edits start with the right shot
You’ve got a sharp eye and a refined aesthetic—clean, modern, minimal, elevated
You’re excited to tell stories across architecture, lifestyle, and design
You want to build a brand—not just post for algorithms
You’re a creative who thrives in end-to-end ownership, not just being handed footage
Competitive salary or rate based on experience
Creative freedom within a bold, design-led visual identity
The chance to shoot in some of Bali’s most stunning architectural and natural locations
The opportunity to build a brand from the inside and create award-worthy work
A fast-growing, down-to-earth, impact-driven team
