As a Videographer at BMV, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and refining our visual content. You will work closely with our senior photo editors and creative team to ensure that our images meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing: Assist in editing and retouching Video to ensure they meet our brand standards and project requirements.
2. Quality Control: Review images for color accuracy, exposure, and composition to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with videographers, designers, and other team members to understand project objectives and deliver on creative briefs.
4. File Management: Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring that all files are labeled, categorized, and easily accessible.
5. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom CC) to make necessary adjustments and enhancements.
6. Feedback Integration: Collaborate with senior photo editor and photographer to incorporate feedback and continuously improve editing techniques.
7. Deadlines: Meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of edited images.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
2. Proficiency in photo editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
3. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color and composition.
4. Basic understanding of photography principles and techniques.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
