Job summary

Captain Barbershop in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a skilled videographer to capture and produce dynamic video content for our brand across social media and campaigns. You will manage end-to-end production from pre-production through delivery, ensuring every frame reflects our brand identity.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of videography experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with cameras, lighting, sound, and editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of videography experience.
• Portfolio of cinematic or social media video work is required.
• Proficient with cameras, lighting, and sound for video production.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current content trends.
• Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-production including camera setup, lighting checks, and shoot planning.
• Shoot and edit diverse video content, brand videos, and social clips.
• Edit with color grading, audio, transitions and effects.
• Manage end-to-end video production workflow from planning to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to align with brand identity.
• Stay updated on latest video production trends and techniques.
