Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia seeks a Performance Content Videographer to join the in-house content team. You will produce high-quality, conversion-driven short-form videos for TikTok and other social media platforms.

You will independently handle the entire production process, including phone camera operation, lighting, shooting, and delivering assets on schedule, while staying current with trends and local beauty content for quick adaptation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of videography or content production experience.
• Portfolio required with application.

• Excellent aesthetic sense for TikTok/Instagram Reels and other social-first platforms.
• Familiarity with phone camera equipment, lighting, composition, and workflows.
• Strong awareness of social media trends and internet culture.
• Able to work independently in fast-paced production environments.
• Willing to appear on camera as talent when required.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and execution-focused Performance Content Videographer to join our in-house content team.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, conversion-driven short-form videos for TikTok and other social media platforms. You'll work closely with our creative team to transform product ideas into scroll-stopping performance creatives that drive engagement, livestream traffic, and sales.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the creative team during content ideation and pre-production to develop engaging short-form video concepts based on product selling points and campaign objectives.
• Independently execute the entire production process, including phone camera operation, lighting setup, filming, and delivering high-quality assets on schedule.
• Produce performance-focused video creatives primarily for TikTok, paid social ads, and other short-form content platforms.
• Ensure consistent output in both content quality and production efficiency while meeting creative deadlines.
• Organize and maintain video assets, project files, filming equipment, props, and studio materials.
• Occasionally appear on camera as a model or creator when required, while independently managing the filming process.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, viral shooting techniques, and local beauty and fashion content to quickly recreate and adapt trending formats.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in videography or content production. Experience shooting beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or lifestyle content is highly preferred. Please include your portfolio with your application.
• Strong understanding of short-form content production and visual storytelling, with the ability to adapt to different creative styles and campaign goals.
• Excellent aesthetic sense with experience creating content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other social-first platforms.
• Familiarity with phone camera equipment, lighting setups, composition, and production workflows.
• Strong awareness of social media trends and internet culture, with the ability to quickly replicate trending shooting styles and formats.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced production environments while managing multiple projects.
