Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Editor to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and producing visually stunning content that showcases the luxury yachting lifestyle. Your work will be featured across social media, especially YouTube and Short Videos to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Capture high-quality video and photo content of yachts, events, and the yachting lifestyle, ensuring alignment with our luxury brand image.
• Post-Production: Edit videos and photos, apply color correction, retouch images, and add special effects to create engaging visual content.
• YouTube & Short Video: Develop and optimize video content specifically for YouTube and other social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and audience growth.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling video concepts that align with Yacht Sourcing’s brand and storytelling strategy.
• Content Organization: Maintain a well-structured multimedia asset library for easy access and future use.
• On-Site Shoots: Travel to yacht locations and luxury events to capture unique experiences and exclusive footage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a videographer and editor, preferably in luxury, travel, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video production and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other video editing software.
• Experience in creating and optimizing content for YouTube, with an understanding of audience engagement and best practices.
• Strong grasp of composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
