Your Responsibilities

• Full video editing: walkthroughs, FPV drone footage, 360° content, reels, visual storytelling
• Photo retouching: highlighting properties, HDR, branding-enhanced visuals
• Integration into immersive formats: VR, virtual tours
• Learn and apply AI tools through ongoing tutorials
• Structured archiving, version control, and professional output delivery
• Respond swiftly to creative feedback and strive for continuous improvement

Who You Are

• Proven experience with a strong portfolio: please include links (Vimeo, YouTube, Drive) featuring before/after edits & color grading
• Proficient in one or more tools: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/Lightroom
• Eager to learn new software (AI, plugins, etc.)
• Creative mindset: storytelling, pacing, aesthetics
• Flexible & adaptable to feedback and deadlines
• Bonus: skills in motion graphics, and 360° video production

Selection Process

• Submit: portfolio + list of mastered software + creative approach description
• Mandatory editing test: create a 30-second clip (raw footage provided) to showcase style & speed
• Interview with key questions
• Reference or testimonial check
