Ku Creatives is an AI-powered ad creative production floor serving international clients. We seek a Creative Project Manager to lead the editing team, QC every deliverable, enforce brand guidelines, and be the main client contact from brief to final delivery.

This leadership role acts as the bridge between clients and the creative team, ensuring projects run on time, feedback is clear, and outputs meet Ku Creatives' quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years in project management, production coordination, or creative operations.
• Fluent in English (C2) with TOEFL/IELTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the creative team and allocate workload by capacity and priorities.
• Review and approve edits/ads before client delivery, with clear feedback for quality consistency.
• Own client relationships from briefing to delivery and translate feedback for the team.
• Track timelines, productivity, and delivery metrics; flag risks early.
• Build scalable production workflows and QC processes; ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices to raise content quality.
