Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Film, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management, production coordination, or creative operations role, preferably within video/creative/content.
• Fluent in English, C2 level; TOEFL or IELTS certification required.
• Strong understanding of the video production process from briefing to final delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and give feedback to creative teams with clarity and confidence.
• Excellent client communication skills, written and verbal, with professional expectation management.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or Asana.
• Understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and what good video ads look like across each.
• Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and decisive when plans change.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the creative team, allocating workload based on capacity and priorities.
• Review and approve video edits/designs before client delivery, providing clear feedback.
• Own client relationships from briefing to final delivery, translating feedback into actionable direction.
• Track timelines, productivity, and delivery metrics; flag risks early.
• Build and maintain scalable production workflows and quality control processes.
• Collaborate on creative direction and platform best practices to raise content quality.
