Job summary

Paired is seeking a versatile Video & Photo Editor to join the content team, producing high-quality images and short-form video reels for social platforms. You will edit across DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and CapCut to deliver polished content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You will switch between photo and video editing, maintain a sharp visual storytelling eye, and stay current with AI-powered editing tools to boost efficiency and output.

Responsibilities

• Edit both video (short-form reels) and photo content for social media platforms
• Use DaVinci Resolve (preferred) for primary video editing and color grading
• Work with Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing, motion graphics, and effects
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and Lightroom
• Create fast-turnaround social content using CapCut
• Ensure consistent visual style, pacing, and quality across all deliverables
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt editing style accordingly
• Explore and apply AI editing tools to improve efficiency and creative output (a plus)

• Solid eye for color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Experience with AI editing tools is a plus
• Portfolio/reel showcasing both video and photo editing work required
