Job summary

SKY Yoga and Medittion seeks a full-time Videographer and Video Editor to produce high-quality YouTube videos and online course content. The role is 80% editing and 20% videography, with strong emphasis on storytelling and visual communication.

Responsibilities include editing from raw footage to published video, crafting engaging openings, recording video with proper lighting and audio, and upholding a consistent visual style across channels and courses.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in professional video editing.
• Good experience in videography and filming.
• Excellent knowledge of editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, lighting, and sound.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently from raw footage to final delivery.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable and able to manage deadlines.

This is a long-term creative role with a strong focus on professional video editing (80%) and videography (20%). We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled in editing, but also understands storytelling, pacing, educational content, and visual communication.

Key responsibilities

Take videos from raw footage to final published video

Edit long-form YouTube content with strong storytelling and pacing

Create engaging openings and maintain viewer attention throughout the video

Edit educational and instructional videos clearly and professionally

Add appropriate music, sound design, subtitles, graphics, transitions, and visual elements

Organize and manage video files and project assets

About you
