We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy Video Content Creator in Bandung. Develop and execute engaging short-form video content for internal and external project. Focus on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to boost brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop fresh, trending short-form video content
• Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality video production for social media
• Expertly edit raw footage into dynamic, platform-optimized videos with graphics and sound
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content for relevance and virality
• Collaborate with marketing/client teams for content alignment
• Analyze content performance and suggest optimizations
• Organize and maintain video asset library

Candidate Qualifications:

• 2+ years as Video Content Creator; strong portfolio of short-form social video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). FMCG/snack brand experience a plus
• Expert in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong videography skills (camera, lighting, audio). Motion graphics a plus
• Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability
• Deep understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented; manages multiple projects in fast-paced environment
• Bandung-based or willing to relocate
