Job Descriptions

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, website, etc.)
• Collaborate with content specialist, social media strategist, and product teams to develop content strategies
• Stay up-to-date with trends in video content and digital media to keep content fresh and relevant
• Maintain brand consistency across all video content
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Manage post-production tasks including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics
• Track video performance analytics and optimize based on performance
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, either in-house or freelance
• Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, capcut, canva,etc.)
• Strong storytelling skills with a good eye for visuals
• Experience with camera operation and lighting techniques
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific video requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A creative portfolio or reel showcasing your work
