We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team as Vice President Retail Business Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of retail business within WPB, from planning to performance measurement, including activities such as planning, estimating, budgeting, managing, and revenue assessment to achieve business objectives within targets.
  • Coordinate revenue initiatives across departments within WPB Retail Business.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, reasoning, and translating business activities into financial insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to deliver timely, high-quality results.
  • Leadership, management, and coaching abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the capacity to consider alternative and lateral solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure within a team environment.
