Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated operations strategies that align with company goals.
  • Identify and resolve cross-department inefficiencies to support scale and sustainability.
  • Ensure each operational unit is aligned with company goals and performance standards.

Sales Operations

  • Oversee backend sales processes, including order processing, and support functions.
  • Support forecasting, pipeline execution, and target monitoring in close collaboration with sales and business teams.

Supply Chain Management

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient product availability across channels.
  • Develop SOPs and performance metrics to optimize stock turnover and supply flow.

Finance Oversight

  • Coordinate with finance to track budgets, manage cost controls, and ensure financial discipline across departments.
  • Review operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Human Resources

  • Support HR team in implementing workforce planning, people development, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain a healthy organizational structure in line with company growth plans.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as an integrator between departments to ensure collaboration, alignment, and high-quality execution.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the COO and executive team on operational OKRs and team performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role (e.g., General Manager, Sr. Manager) overseeing multi-department operations.
  • Strong background in FMCG, retail, or distribution companies. Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer health products is a strong plus.
  • Skilled in managing both strategic planning and operational execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, processes, and performance metrics effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-oriented, resourceful, and resilient in high-paced environments.
