Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, ranging from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We assist our customers in managing their finances and growing their wealth. Our wealth management teams provide financial planning, advice, market insights, and products such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing, and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, technical product experts, sales managers, and support staff.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join this team as Vice President Network People and Talent Development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop initiatives to support the network strategy in achieving FRP through people development, talent management, and FTE fulfillment.
  • Ensure the capacity of network branches aligns with the FTE plan.
  • Develop training programs to ensure staff at all branches possess the necessary capabilities, skills, and knowledge to perform effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure network staff obtain certifications in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Implement initiatives to make the network the best place to work.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in retail banking and wealth management.
  • A passion for building staff capabilities.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, especially in working with branch leaders and business units.
