We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Vice President, EH&B Client Relationship will maintain and grow personal relationships while overseeing a small book of business and contributing to team sales targets. This position also involves coaching junior sales professionals and developing strategies for account management and expansion.

We will count on you to:

  • Maintain and grow personal relationships and a small book of business while contributing to personal and team sales targets.
  • Coach junior sales professionals on account management and expansion processes, intervening as necessary to prevent relationship losses.
  • Conduct and analyze research to understand personal and core team accounts, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of the portfolio.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts by leveraging an understanding of internal services, market trends, and account standings.
  • Define strategies for custom solution development for the team portfolio, communicating sales targets and pricing expectations.
  • Attend industry events and client functions to build a strong professional network and represent the company.
