Job summary

Mamaka Hotels & Resorts in Bali is seeking a passionate Bartender to craft cocktails and create memorable guest experiences. You'll welcome guests, deliver engaging service, and showcase knowledge of beverages in a fast-paced beachside setting.

Reporting to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will maintain bar hygiene, recommend drinks, operate POS, and contribute to seasonal beverage programs while upholding hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle venue.
• Passion for mixology, cocktails, and guest experiences.
• Creative mindset with trends and presentation.
• Knowledge of bar operations, drinks, and responsible service.
• Experience with POS systems; Tevalis is a plus.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, organisation and bar hygiene.
• Excellent English communication.
• Positive attitude and great teamwork in fast-paced settings.
• Hospitality qualification is advantageous.
• Indonesian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and coffees.
• Deliver warm, personalised service that makes guests feel welcome.
• Recommend beverages confidently with product knowledge.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of the bar.
• Ensure bar equipment, glassware, and inventory are maintained.
• Work with the F&B team to deliver seamless experiences.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and promotions.
