Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to provide medical care for animals, perform clinical procedures, and support preventive health programs at our facility in Cisarua, Bogor.

The role involves collaboration with keepers and management, maintaining medical records, and contributing to public education on animal health and zoonotic awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine (Profesi Dokter Hewan).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of animal welfare principles.
• Good analytical and clinical reasoning skills.
• Willing to work hands-on in a dynamic environment.
• Energetic, responsible, good communication and team oriented.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care for animals, including diagnosis, treatment and preventive healthcare.
• Perform basic clinical procedures, minor surgery, wound management and emergency response; monitor animal health and welfare conditions daily.
• Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
• Support disease prevention, biosecurity and health monitoring programs.
• Collaborate with keepers and management to ensure optimal animal wellbeing.
• Participate in public education related to animal health and zoonotic awareness.
