Job description

The Verification Specialist role is responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening processes and results.
What will you do:
  • Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, and databases, and contacting the informant such as telephone or email
  • Verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing, and databases
  • Email and messages to sources when required
  • Phone conversations with university and company representatives
  • Phone interviews with references
  • Interviewing resources with the pretext to gather deeper information
  • Analysis of information obtained
  • Drafting comprehensive reports
  • Close collaboration with HR related to internal candidate screenings
  • Consulting crucial problems to the Production Manager before taking an action
  • Giving suggestions to the Production Manager related to the performance of field screeners
  • Any improvement to process and methodology
  • Any impediments to feedback and advice related to Prisma
  • Ad hoc assignments as requested by the supervisor
Who we need:
  • Minimum 1-2 experience in customer-related or background check position

  • Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and administration skills
  • Deadline-oriented
